What's up guys! Welcome back to the Channel!
A lot has been going on, but finally got a chance to make another video.
Today, we took our 2023 Dodge Challenger ScatPack Shaker 392 to get a double-mid muffler delete, as well as a very appreciated tint.
No better time than now to get the tint since we are nearing triple digits for the summer time, already.
Today, we have installed Hellcat wheels, AND Firestone Indy 500's, 285's on all 4 corners!
These Indy 500's and hellcat wheels complete the look I wanted for Sub Zero. Not only are these tires more beefy and aggressive looking, but the hellcat wheels eliminate the need for wheel spacers or anything like that!! These Indy 500's and Hellcat wheel combination is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
Previous mods include;
We have taken off the intake manifold of sub zero, and have ported the intake manifold ourselves.The modification took about 5 hours from start to finish. Had some troubles at first, but that's because the rear harness in the rear fell out when I put the manifold back on.
I have to say, after adjusting everything, there is a significant difference in the throttle response, and Sub Zero now hits 0-60 in 4.9 seconds!!
Since the intake manifold was ported, I will be doing the thorttle body itself, to go ahead and match, and post that for you guys as well.
Previous Mods Include;
We have installed old school window louvers and smoked out tail lights on Sub Zero!
The Louvers is a mod that I've always held dear to my heart for muscle cars.
My last charger scat pack also had the old school louvers, and everyone fell in love with them.
These louvers do not disrupt more than 10% of your vision from the rear mirror.
Install on these louvers were extremely easy.
I would love to run into more scat packs out there with louvers like these and get a whole mob of old school looking American Muscle cars mobbing down the streets, Lol.
I did a muffler delete, not to make the Challenger Shaker 392, significantly louder, but for a slight weight reduction, as well as a deeper growl. The muffler delete has added very slight high end revs torque, as well as pretty noticeable throttle response from a stop. But of course, the main reason was to let that Hemi breathe. Who buys a Hemi, and doesn't let that All American sound roar down the streets?!
As you can tell by the title, we have named our Challenger Shaker 392, "Sub Zero." It's been not even two days, and Sub Zero has been treated better than I have on any Christmas Day lol.
Tomorrow, He will be getting more installs.
Tune back in to see what's coming next!!
