He can be used but the utility isn't as good unfortunately outside of the overhead but he's still fun

You should consider movado as his cameo, he's the best in my opinion. He opens up combos for his strings that end in a low that you couldn't previously(including an enhanced slide) . He gives you a damage buff on anything thats absolutely underrated. Also gives you an uppercut combo👀, that means punishing anyone who abuses grabbing and that low trap can be used for 50/50 setups. Idk why streamers or people that play competitively wont try him

Mavado is not the best ever with sub but he's not the worst, I have done a video with sub mavado and it's not too bad
