I’m from USA Texas and the dude on roller skates delivering the drinks is what you call a “Car Hop” back in the 50’s and 60’s chicks would do this in skates. The place the guy works for us a place here in Texas called Sonic and probably 1/2 of the car hops deliver the food in skates. They don’t have to but they’re heavily encouraged too.
