U cn do raw mango chatney also with idli. Peel off raw mango. Cut or slice into thin pieces. Make tadka of jeera, Hing, haldi, dried red chilly. Add mango slices n let it fry fr sme time. Then add jaggery or jaggery powder according to ur taste. No need to add water. Then u can add spices lik chilly powder. Dhaniya powder. Garam masala. Salt. Boil it nicely according to wat consistancy u lik.

You can make tomato chutney. In a pan add whole red chilli, roughly sliced onions and tomatoes. Saute little and add garlic, green chilli and salt. Fry for 1-2 mins. Add coriander leaves. Turn off the gas and cool it. Then grind it into a paste. No need for water. If u want u can add tempering of mustard and fenugreek separately. Chutney is ready
