I wake up at 4:50 clock I study from5:00 to 6:00 then I meditate for 10 mins then I yoga for 30 mins I journalling for 20 mins 5 mins affirmation and 10 mins for visualising my life then 20 mins I listen audio book then I bath and get ready for school and go to school

i sleep at 9:30 and wakr up at 4:30 i exercise till 5:15 and then i study from 5:30 to 7:00 then i take a bath and again sleep till 8:30 then i get ready and go to college

charles kk i sleep again in order to complete my sleep i wake up early so that i get quiet environment and when everybody else wake up i take a short nap. Its basically not a sleep i simply lie down with my eyes closed

tejas vishwanath i do power naps in the afternoon. but only for strictly half an hour! then i wake up no matter even if im tired after and then im productive enough for the second part of the day to study and work

Your videos are really inspiring! 😊 I have watched many of them. Especially, 'How to quit smoking'. That was very effective. I must say that the time alloted for each videos, (like usually most of them are of 8 to 10 mins) makes them more interesting as well as less tiring. I have seen many motivational speakers giving lectures of 40 - 50 mins on an average to express himself. 😛 But you're awesome man! 👌☺ Deeper yet simpler words in a very short time. That's a talent too. Moreover the Point Wise description makes it easier to recall/remember. Kudos for what you are doing. Best wishes. 😊

This is Srinath Sharma, i generally eat dinner at 6:30 p.m, immediately after sunset, after brushing my teeth, i go to bed at 7:00 p.m, sometimes i get sleep while brushing, but some how i manage to go to bed at 7:00 p.m., i woke up at 3:00 A.M. I drink 1 litre water, then i do exercises for 30 minutes, then i go for toilet, my appetite cleaned. By 4:00 A.M. i do yoga for another 30 minutes.
