You should remap after the FMIC. Usually you would change tip-in enrichment values at least, to account for the longer delay between MAF measurements and that air winding up at the cylinders due to the now-longer intake tract. If the turbosmart is a diverter valve, i.e. it blows off the excess pressure back into the intake, it shouldn't really need any tuning, but a blow off valve would screw up tuning and there aren't any good, non-hacky ways to get the car to run right using a true blow off valve, unless you want to go through the trouble of completely retuning using a speed Density ROM (i.e. rely on MAP sensor readings exclusively).
