Eh, no... 😂😂😂 Nothing has ever been EJ22 in this car, it is a european Legacy Turbo with EJ20g turbo engine in its original form. Transmission in this video is 6 speed japanese specification Impreza WRX STi 2003 with DCCD. A EJ22 transmission would have broken before the throttle was pushed.

It is, although in some markets (australia) the euro models were also sold as RS. I put RS in the title because it sounds cooler 😅

@@prodrive7105 yeah they do call it the liberty turbo over in Australia but its just called the legacy turbo or the legacy rs type RA which I actually preffer cus it just looks nicer all over in my opinion

@@1MPR3Z4z Type RA is its own model, there is regular RS, Then RS Type R and RS Type RA. Im building a completely new bodyshell for this car (since 2018) and although its based on a 1992 Legacy Turbo euro model, it has been 100% transformed to the japanese RS exterior looks with every single item correct and its alot of parts different. I wont be afraid to call the new car a RS when its finished 👍 But you are correct this red car was just a european Legacy Turbo.
