In short, she got a superchat from someone who loves her stuff and supports her but can't understand what she's saying. Subaru can relate to that, being a Marvel fan with an English comprehension too low to understand the unsubtitled interviews with cast members, and so now she tries to accommodate her foreign audience as best she can.
