Subaru Ringland -vs- Isle of Man : Engine Failure With No Speed Limit

Almost 5 years ago to the day, i filmed the first video i ever put up on this challenge. 4 Wheels, One Way Mountain.
To celebrate (and because i dont have a sportbike on the road anymore) we loaded up my Impreza WRX with many cameras and went for a run.
The audio wasnt great, so we went again... And it didnt end well.
Cylinder 4, Ringland failure, heartbreaking.
Bikes have taken priority and without the money tree blooming, its still not back together yet - but its close!

Baffled oil pan and upgraded pickup are a must, if you don’t already have those on your shopping list! EJs starve badly around long corners, and the welds on the OEM pickups tend to break which causes instant loss of oil pressure. Plus with an upgraded pan you usually get an extra quart of capacity! You’ll get it fixed in no time 🙌🏻

First I’ve heard of it! Just waiting on the last couple of bits, but the engine is going back together this week. I’ll have a look into those, I definitely don’t want to be building this again 😂
