12:28 That is completely true. Subaru head bolts are NOT torque-to-yield bolts. The angle tightening instructions are for compressing the head gasket.

From what I understand the piston arms are longer and the head is shorter one then the other one is opposite I don't know which is which though

15:02 My guess would be the fuel map. The ECU was for what engine? The EJ22 or the EJ25?

25. I used a 2.2 block in a 2.5 car. It ran really smoothe and great but it didn’t have much power. Less than a 2.2 would have.

@@HILLBILLY_HARD Hmm... I see your conundrum.The injectors obviously were enough to keep up with the the fuel requirements. You said it was running rich. I don't know much about tuning a car, but could running rich reduce power? Perhaps the O2 sensor is reporting that to the ECU and the ECU is retarding timing to compensate?

@@occamsrazor1285 I’m not sure. I put open exhaust on my 2000 Impreza 2.2 and that’s what caused this valve guide to overheat. I wish I knew how to tune naturally aspirated. All the computers and tuners I’ve found are set up for turbo cars…
