I was in one of these and we hit a giant black bear while we were going 85mph (by accident lol). Truck was totaled but we were fine. Respect for saving my life and leaving unscathed hahah.

Always was a big fan of the styling on these. Subaru is leaving money on the table by not making a competitor based on the Crosstrek or something. Great review as always!

Funny that this has the same problem as my Mach-E that drives me nuts...2 screens and it can't show artist and title anywhere except if youre on the main SiriusXM screen. I hadnt seen this issue in any other vehicle, nice to know my car isnt the only one that's botched this simple feature that's been in almost every other car for a decade. I send voice feedback through the Mach-E weekly about this.

Hyundai seems to have done a pretty good job with this little truck. Above 35k however, it looses its most attractive quality which is affordability. At 40k and above, if you need a truck, there are more capable options imo. Nice review Matt

If you have to put a wrench type design on the wheels you know it's not a truck, lol. That being said, I'd still buy a Maverick for it's generic design.

Needs a redesign. They could really take the wind out of Ford's Maverick sales with an extra foot of bed and boxier lines. Like the new Santa Fe.

Nope. Not a real truck. [Full Stop] In fact, my neighbor has one of these models. He accidently backed into my other neighbor's trash can causing his rear bumper to simply fall off. The impact had to be less than five miles per hour. No, this is definitely not a truck. Stay classy my friends.

Buying a Hyundai is flushing your money down the toilet. They are so unreliable and expensive to fix. Soooo many things NOT covered by warranty.
