Nice vlog. I too used to forget everything as you said. But one day I realized that it is not forgetting but it is a matter of our concentration. If we think about 2 or more things at a time, or we are worried about something then we lack concentration on what we are doing physically and the work get spoiled. So if our mind is in constant thinking of something then we should sit quietly and relax ourself without doing any physical work. Then automatically the thoughts will be relaxed and we can continue our work efficiently.
