I honestly like subban, he looks more like a stress reliever and a down to earth guy. Just a point to be made that the players that hated him the most were the guys that have always had lockeroom problems, Plekanec has had many locker room issues with Sekac, Therrien, Morrow, Weise, Hudon, Julien Etc. And Gallagher also with Shaw, Glibert, Byron, Julien. And Pacioretty didn't mix with Beaulieu, Andreghetto, Kassian, Tinordi. The list can continue. I'm not saying these players are the only ones to be openly displeased with their teammates but a pattern has formed over their careers (they really don't like alot of their teammates and aren't afraid to be open out it). On another note. I know they are the team's core guys and they are faces of the team but it seems pretty harsh to watch these guys put the gm on the spot every time he brings someone in and his main peices of the puzzle just don't fit. And to show a different list of players Markov, Price, Galchenyuk, De la rose, Emelin, Malholtra, Weise, Petry etc.Are just a few of the players that are good friends of Subbans.

I think it's because PK Subban gets a ton of attention and nobody likes when one of their peers is elevated over everyone else. PK eats it up. But really, the NHL and the media want to promote a prominent black athlete for the NHL's image. PK is a perfect fit because he's easily the most recognizable black athlete in the NHL and he's a really strong spokesman with a magnetic personality. So maybe for that reason it has to do with him being black, but "racism"? Isn't the American South supposed to be full of racist backwards people. Yet everyone in Nashville loves him. Nobody has any sort of problem with his "antics".

Have u watched the game? Really worth it, it's a great great game and honestly Gallagher is 100% right on that one. I know he looks salty and stuff but he's a really fair dude and he said what every good hockey brain had already witnessed analyzing the game. Habs came up short to a better team tonight. I just wish people can realize how big 8 or so millions of unused cap space can make a difference talent wize + Weber and Danault (underestimated efficient player) out. Subban is a hell of a player but he could be so much better with the "right" attitude. His self belief is what makes him great and enable him to make plays not many player can but its also what makes him take stupid penalties and create unessecary turnovers when it matters the most. When youre the best player on your team you should lead by example what he couldnt do in Mtl. Nashville's a better fit, good for him and the preds. Just my 2 cents.

His attitude is no worse than Doughty, Radulov, *Shaw* (one of the leagues notorious shitbags), Kessel, etc. He gets flack for it because "he acts like NBA or NFL players", like we don't know what that's supposed to mean. And Weber has more turnovers per game than Subban since the trade, so I guess the right attitude doesn't seem to help in that regard. Since Shea is apparently the ideal hockey personality (aka boring, bland, and entirely lacking in character), you'd think he wouldn't make turnovers. It's almost like who you are as a person has absolutely nothing to do with your ability to play hockey. Weird.

I used to like Gallagher (emphasis on USED TO). A few years ago he just seemed like a hard-working guy who has doing well and really played with heart for his team, as well as someone that could get cheeky and have fun in front of the camera. Now all I see is another average player, and one who is acting like a butthurt pissbaby at that. PK, on the other hand, is honestly the kind of person sports (hockey in particular) needs. Seriously, most hockey players are boring as people, there's no substance, at least PK is interesting/fun AND a damn good player to boot. I hope the Preds manage to win the Cup one day, because he sure as hell deserves it (and he sure as hell was never gonna get it with the Habs, so maybe it's a good thing they traded him).

Biggest mistake Montreal made and the first of many to lead them to this hell they are going through they lost the best goalie in the NHL because they cannot win a game.
