Its actually simple. So simple that it can recreated from 1.14 onwards. How it works: Watame eats 草 and it then instantly regrows her lost wool rather than a 10 minute tick. the Dirt turns to 草 when its adjacent blocks are 草. The observer then detects that change and sends a redstone signal. If the observer is linked up with a correct observer chain to a Dispenser containing shears that automatically shears Watame's wool and repeats the cycle. requirements(basics): at least a 3x3 space with space to replenish the grass building blocks of your choice(Transparent blocks and Fences are a to go option) Dispensers containing Shears light source(unneeded outside foe visibility) Observer(Torches and Redstone dust is optional) and Watame How to assemble; Contain Watame in the center of the 3x3 space with building blocks. Put an observer right next to or below the Grass blocks and hook it with Observers up to the Dispenser right next to Watame. The 3x3 floor must contain the sheep, at least 2 extra blocks of grass to keep Watame well fed and regrow her wool instantly as soon as she eats the regrown grass.

I think it's because Ars' second name, Almal, is read as "Arumaru", which sounds very similar to "manmaru" which means "Perfect Circle", hence the name Roa chose for her.
