Why is the chair cutting off the young lady reading? The whole process seems so artificial and only interested in pencil whipping the bills. Also who is in charge of posting these videos to KZbin? It's pretty stupid to have to forward through almost 20 minutes of nothing to listen to 14 minutes of hearing and then another 4 minutes of Adjourned video. Where is the professionalism? You are representing veterans! You can do better!!
