This is despicable to hear the supposed leaders of Suicide Prevention and the VCL to bash it’s staff when neither of them has taken a single call from Veterans. The committee should have asked the real staff to testify.

Precisely!! Congress would TRULY understand the challenges/issues of the VCL if they spoke to frontline team members...I hate it that they won't organize a meeting with the frontline. Even when OIG speaks with frontline team members, they don't do enough about the problems...
