Sir We have send some Raw material for some work let say 15MTR iron rod. But in that it shrink to 10 mtr Now will receive only 10 mtr (which we will use for further process to create FG) .But our consumption is 15mtr .Our return qty not fixed as it can be shrink 1 mtr and can be 5mtr.

hello sir... jab mera subcontracting order 0.56 me hota hai tab item received mhi ho raha hai. apply delivery chaln me accept nhi kr raha hai..

Hello Nitin, I hope you created Production BOM, and Routing properly. As per your question it seems that you create a RPO and from RPO create a Subcontracting order, and in that subcontracting order qty. is 0.56, Please make sure that at the time of application of delivery challan, you also fill the qty. in the field accepted qty. any body guide me how to return the rest of raw Material from sub contractor. Means If I gave 100 mtr cloth for 4pcs but subcontractor do the same with 95mtr cloth, Now he will return me 5mtr cloth and 4pcs

Hi Vishal, If you want to change inventory value as 0, then you have to credit your inventory account and direct cost applied account debit. Thanks, Meetup Team
