It does help if injected directly into the injury area and not over it, however you would have to use a very long needle and you may hit a nerve and cause more damage. My former doctor (retired now) knew were to and not to inject-he usually had a skinny 3 inch needle, so it is very risky if you are not a medical professional. Thomas DeLauer (You tube channel) had his shoulder treated that way, but if you are doing it yourself, the stomach is safest.

Why not neural therapy to address congestion and “pain”? Abdomen, back, neck, and many other areas as well as scars can be addressed effectively and often simultaneously along with proper regenerative treatment for joints. There has to be a wide understanding of where to inject and when. Any synthetic nutrient(s) introduced into the body whether through injection or orally is risky and unnecessary.

I will say that from personal experience and maybe this is for just myself, when injection is inserted in the area of the inflammation/pain within minutes bpc 157 temporarily Acts as a pain relief in that location I have injected only. If tendonitis is present in both right and left arm, injection in right arm only feels 100X better for 10-15 min then left arm. Overtime it heals faster then left arm by a landslide as well. Cool thing to note, and this is for me personally could vary per subject.

@DrewTimmermansNDАй бұрын
There are only a few peptides that are absorbed orally, BPC-157 being the most common one people know about. When injected subcutaneously or taken orally, BPC-157 is absorbed into the blood and travels throughout the body, going to areas that are calling out for help with healing.
@iONLYbetWHENiWINАй бұрын
@@DrewTimmermansND Injectable BPC-157 is usually more effective because it’s absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Oral forms may be less effective due to digestion. Oral intake may be more convenient, but it can be less reliable in terms of absorption rates and potency. Injections often provide more reliable results. Oral administration may be preferable for gastrointestinal issues, while injections may be more effective for muscle recovery and wound healing.
@DrewTimmermansNDАй бұрын
I've been using BPC-157 with patients for 6 years now, and while all of what you said sounds like it could be correct, it's not fully correct. BPC-157 arginate salt has extremely high absorption because the peptide is naturally made in our stomachs. You do require a bit higher dose, but once that is done we have seen it to be equally effective to injections in most patients. Oral is not better for GI and injectable is not better for MSK in the vast majority of people. A small study done by InfiniWell recently showed that 80% of patients who take the oral form see improvements in their chronic joint pain, which is what I've seen clinically over the last 6 years in my patients.
@iONLYbetWHENiWINАй бұрын

Intramuscular does not do anything 'special' compared to subQ other than just get the BPC-157 into your blood stream faster. We have had some patients not respond to the oral but they respond to the injectable. There are slight variations in the metabolites of both delivery methods, which may account for what we see clinically. But just because you didn't see improvements in your joints doesn't mean that oral doesn't work for joints for anyone.

The most common starting dose we use with patients is 300mcg, once per day. The time of day may not matter, but it may also be better when taken before bed. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.

We have seen the oral arginate salt work just as well as subq injections. We generally don't recommend the injectable version as this would require you to purchase BPC-157 from a research chemical website and these peptides are commonly contaminated with LPS, a bacterial endotoxin, which can cause really bad side effects. Instead of using injectable, we then recommend using an oral arginate salt. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. If you want a discount code, we have one for our patients on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements.
