Since they are married already, him coming to her room is nothing wrong but yes he can't force her inspite of that.. but the society is wrong here in creating these unnecessary concepts of nikah and rukhsati.. doesn't make any sense in the islamic perspective.. and I agree his behaviour is extremely wrong with regards to the takaq and the way he is forcing her. Though the talaq is done if he has said it three times but I believe finally, she is out of this torturous marriage even though she didn't want it.. I have been through a similar kind of talaq so I realize at this point that whag happened to me back then was one of the best things that happened to me as it got out of the kind of hell of a marriage I was in..

The talaq system is FLAWLESS. No human could ever have devised it. And it is too long to write because elements of psychology and biology come into play. No country no law to this day has created a better system. Pakistan is an ex hindu country. You wont find these things happening in arab countries. Talaq gives a chance of reconciliation and is reasonably long, if you consider three periods coming and going long. Now if a man wants to take a shortcut and cause HIMSELF A LOSS, islam cannot be blamed for that.

Such people have existence and are annoying I literally felt relief when he divorced her but this way divorce doesn't happen,make sure to get complete knowledge of it but according to my information by uttering 3 words at a time is considered one Talaq and there is a 3 months gap after every Talaq so that if they reconcile it will be valid, even there is a 3 month period after 3rd and last Talaq and if both the partners agree to reconcile they have to get their Nikkah again and they can live like a couple again.But I can't believe how in our dramas Talaq is shown like it is a counting 1 2 3 and the end.This is not the way
