Subie… The polish job looks 👍. I did the same thing with my Winning razor. I used 2000 and 4000 grit wet sandpaper. A lot of pluses for the Winning. I stack a couple of blades for rigidity and put a nylon washer under the handle so when I tighten up the handle then back off a little to increase the aggression, IMO. I get a BBS every time.

Thank you buddy!!! Yeah it is staying in my arsenal. I won't even lie...I did a offline shave today ..with it again hahahahaha its about as easy of a shave as it can get. I know this razor has been getting alot of back and forth, but man I love it! I am a huge fan of the Henson and this Winning Razor!

I also used Kaizen today. It is a citrusy scent, but I also found I got more of those notes now than I did when I first got it.

I’m wondering if grooves machined into the head would help cut back on that suction type feeling people have been talking about. I believe it would help break that surface tension that causes the sticking.

@@vintage_head_shaver yes they absolutely did. The polish made a HUGE improvement actually. I was very shocked haha I was like, dang, it worked hahaha I think my only hypercriticism here is that it did Infact actually make the handle slightly more slippery haha

Price is definitely a huge factor. Now the Henson comes more 'finished' but I took that into my own hands hahaha

Yes Sir!! Daily full body!! This is MY #1 MODERN non-slant DE. I must admit I've not owned a carbon, or timeless, but for 55$ this thing is SO easy to pick up. I'm still amazed by it. And the adjustment you get from 1/8 turn is pretty substantial. Overall, I am shocked. Sure the TI Henson is JUST as good ...but it is a steep price. Honestly, it's a razor I want to buy for my whole family.
