Great video! But how do you get rid of the white background? And when saving is it always saved under png?

When I downloaded from Canva, I selected “transparent background” so it didn’t have a white background

I have a question please? So once I create in canva and then download it so I can print for sublimation. When do I flip the image and text Because for sublimation, even the DTF hack, doesn't it need to be flipped? And how do I get Canva to flip my text? I always mess this part up.. Great training video.
