Hi there! There is a puzzle template in Silhouette Studio - the Business Edition. I demonstrated how to create a template and cut it using my Siser Romeo.

Hi Becky, I don't remember but if I had to guess, I would say medium pressure with enough tape to keep the image secured to the puzzle template.

Then it might be your printer settings. What kind of printer and ink?
