Whats the benefit from this and just putting 2 tranfer paper ones together Non sublimation style I know they do last pretty good with good care I feel this is like using doble materials??

good question ... the reason for this is simple yes you could use transfer paper as you said ... but this is not just for the sublimation this is sublimation on "glow in the dark htv. your transfer paper will not glow and you can not print directly on this vinyl. :)

I did this step by step.. but when it comes time to remove the sub paper it's literally stuck on. I can't not remove it...😑🤨🤔

Ummm at what stage are you trying to remove sub paper? This is a 2 stage press first press is subbing the vinyl ... At this stage the paper will be stuck to vinyl ... Press 2 will be pressing the vinyl to fabric ... I peel paper at this point ... Peel HOT then do a 5 sec re tack to lay down any edges that lift from taking paper off

Glow htv works yes ... Not every white htv works ... Thank you for the question
