Hi there! Does it have to be dollar tree napkins? I got some of Amazon and followed directions to the T and my sublimation print did not transfer over to the napkin. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions or tips!

Is it the brand type of sublimation paper to use because I’m using Conde TexPrint sublimation paper and it’s not sublimating on the napkins. I set my temperature to 400/60 seconds and it burns it. 🤦🏾‍♀️ what am I doing wrong💆🏾‍♀️
