Actually I am in favor of implementing one more type of them if they remain in the game. The Mark 24 "Mine", AKA Fido. Turnabout is fair play.

I play sub a lot! And let me tell you something. If you understand the mechanics of homing torps, you can easily evade them. If you haven't figured that one skill out, well, it's not my problem you eat all the torps.

The extra battery some subs have. It's a consumable that allows you to not use power for x seconds

not a good sub replay, he was stupid firing his torps to targets that would outrun them, he should have anticipated that.
