In London, who NYC is following, residents who living in the congestion zone can apply for a 90% discount on the Congestion Charge if you qualify as a resident of the charging zone. What's up New York City?

This is about the people living outside the zone getting robbed. They are already paying taxes to pay for mass transit. Gas tax to pay for mass transit. Vehicle Registration tax to support mass transit. Oil tax to support mass transit. Other bridge and tunnel tolls to support mass transit. The people inside the zone dont want outsiders coming into Manhattan.

The MTA have too many lazy overpaid workers where one person work while ten others stand around doing nothing. Move out of NYC.

You have service companies who are being charged this fee, now passing that along to their customers. So if you live in the charging zone, be prepared to find that extra fee on your bill.
