I love when artists sample other artists' music. It always leads me to great music, so thank you Bryson Tiller for sampling this for Right My Wrongs ❤

this song sends me back to when i was ten years old as i would stay up late -alone- laying on the floor waiting in front of a quiet tv for my parents to get home to our small atlanta apartment. During the days they worked, I never really knew when they got home or when they left for work. They both ended late and started very early, so i only saw them on holidays. This song gives me comfort for some reason amidst an existential crisis which is currently tearing me apart.

You may be alone right now, but one day you will get to choose your own family. This will be in your control. You’ll make it out. Just don’t underestimate yourself and what you’re capable of.

Could it be you, calling me down My foolish heart, turns out the stars All that I am is all that you see You don't need nobody else And you're putting this all on me Forgetting There's no greater love Just open your eyes Just hold out your hand & place it in mine Forever it's you Forever it's me You don't need nobody else It's all yours but you fail to see It's all yours It's all yours It's all yours You don't need nobody else because all that you need is me You give to me, body & soul Reading between the cracks in the walls So we have no time, time's all we need You don't need nobody else & I know that you still believe You never come, come when I call You never run, when I trip & fall I lie awake, I lie awake forever more You don't need nobody else It's all yours but you fail to see It's all yours It's all yours It's all yours You don't need nobody else because all that you need is me

I love the depth of this song. The throbbing bass pushes forward and the sick drumming sounds like it's holding it back, until they hit chorus. Just awesome.

This song is like a slow drive, with the top or windows down, on a cool Autumn night with the clear midnight blue sky filled with stars. The evening air filled with the fragrance of woods and smoke, the orange sodium lights creating an mystical ambiance/ambience as you take a sip of your coffee, enjoying the entire feeling of warmth flowing through your soul.

I was sent this song very early in the am by a guy I was seeing. I woke up to it and listened to it for the first time in bed with ear buds in. Such intense raw emotion. It took me into a trance. I'm still crazy over him to this day! ❤

I remember, 2013, being friend-zoned at the time by what went on to be my girlfriend…sitting in the bathtub reading her texts back when she friend-zoned me and just sat in the tub in stillness while I was playing this song. The trumpet part reminds me so much of my eldest brother, Darren English who’s a professional jazz musician (check him out on KZbin) The nostalgia of this tune is unprecedented

The vocalist brought me to such a good place. Im not here from bryson tiller, im here from dj samved who mixed this into one of his LSD acid trip mixes. It made my trip so much better and i’d love to just deeply thank and hug the vocalist. 💙💙

I made my inhabitance between whats obvious and the horns that blew. We live we die but one thing is true. The waves of love this earth feels for the moon. I'm no years old when the bass goes .. my eyes close .. "you give to me .. body and soul" as i stand alone, my fears and failures are next to me. "all that I am, is all that you see." I lived this moment, don't miss me. my eyes close.. bass goes.. I'm no years old. but that's "obvious to see" .. letters to the Moon.
