+Shirley Curry ...There are actually three people I follow who play this game. I like to watch all three because of the different approach each one takes. Slip is one but I also like Fallaron who has a very small channel and GenerikB who has a pretty big channel. I am sure there are others but I like these three the best.

The reactor wouldn't send energy to the base from the under water foundation because it was considering the foundation a new base. So, once you moved it up top it would work.

+Virgil R Garwood Pressure is just proportional to gravity (pressure = density x gravity x depth) so it'd have to be ridiculously high gravity... Maybe the "water" is actually a super-dense mixture? :P

TheKrimzonGuard The gravity must be similar to Earth considering the ease with which the player can walk on a dry surface. Though the fact that he can also go under such a depth when the submarine is having difficulties is quite phenomenal. He must have some kind of super high-tech diving suit :P

Hey Sl1p, we (hubby and I) love your vids, we came to Subnautica via Ark vids, but I started playing it because of you, and I love it! played it waaay too much so far. (tip, dont hoard mats... bogs down game!) but before you go to experimental you should play around with the terraformer! (I made a underwater T-Rex) keep up the positive vibes!

If you decide to put in a thermal generator, out it on/near the thermal vents. You can get magnetite out of the inside of the big glowing mushrooms.

Sl1p, you'll need to use the builder to make something called a "Seamoth upgrade station", or something really close to that name. It can only be placed in the moon pool area, and is placed on the wall, so it will need to replace one of your windows. Also, everything in the experimental version is kind of a power hog, including your cyclops, so mass production of energy cells would be advised, as well as plenty of solar panels for your base, as it's easy, free, renewable energy. Have fun :D!

sl1p the nuclear reactor doesn't require experimental mode but that separate foundation you built was a second base (also why not just go into survival so your seamoth can charge in brian and then use the console to get food)
