Press on new project and choose the recording that u made then u can speed it up if u want and even add rain sounds, music etc. Then if you’re done you press the arrow on the top. Now your video is saved to your camera roll and u can post it on KZbin if u want to be able to loop it.

While I was affirming my lips started burning a lot, affirming was easier and easier for me and it felt like my mind was automatically forming an image of my desired lips! Although when I stopped affirming after a couple of hours I started doubting and subconsciously telling myself that there was no progress, my lips hurt just because I bite all the skin off them yadda yadda yadda, probably because I would like to have extremely visible results right away and maybe I just need to give it more time, that’s why I’m trying again today and I’ll try to keep persisting and keep positive. Ahh thank you! Currently I only have a few subs I use (one for small nose, one for less body fat, one for small ribcage and small shoulders, one for sharp jawline, one for general beauty) but none of them ever worked, but I’m confident they will now! (Ps I’m pairing them with exercises and facial massages to speed up the process :3)
