For nightclub popularity, you can just enter passive mode and enter your nightclub and you get guaranteed a trouble maker, and you just do that once every 2 hours and get 50k an hour. If you have no popularity, all you have to do is exit the club and re enter through either entrance and you get another troublemaker mission, this not only can get you popularity but also gives 1000RP and $10000, so it’s an effective way to get extra cash and RP easily.

For the nightclub if you go into passive mode it will always give the missions to toss people out. You can do it over and over again for 10k at a time plus a full bar of popularity everytime.

Ok my top 5 are ( from top to down) 1. Cayo 2. Nightclub 3. Cargo 4. Acid Lab 5. Agency ... Honestly last 3 are at same level, well Acid is a bit better since you can fill it up fast and sell it even faster... Payphone hits in agency are just amazing.... Also man, dunno if You know it or not, but I belive Cargo warehouse CAN be raded if you have over 70 - 75 boxes so be careful about that since if you die, its all gone. Also Vehicle warehouse is good if you know how to handle Cargobob and if you sell a car in public lobby, that is easy 120k profit

1. Sightseer pays as much as headhunter and is dead easy with the included frogger when new, even more easy with a MK2. 2. Collecting nightclub every 3 in game days you'll only lose 5k, and doing the quick bouncing of a drunk tops up the popularity, no need to waste money on dj swapping and is a minute stop tops. 3. Acid lab is super low maintenance with being able to restock and check status over the phone, location isn't static like other businesses, and sells are hella easy and quick. Def top 5 material for $/hr and easiness. 4. People sleep on the old school selling stolen cars to ls customs. If you're in between jobs, see a higher value car, and are near a shop, it's a quick 9k every in game day. Not a ton of money, but it's easy money people are leaving on the table

Cayo twice a week/ $750k club safe per day/ 1.3 mil daily club sale (after nightly afk)/ bunker 210k 2x daily/2 ammo bunker drops @ 50k each) 1 acid drop. I have 40 mill and try to stay around 35-40 mill, I can take a few days off grinding and help my buddies out with grind or sale missions. I love the ability to chill when I want, Its like real, the more money u have... the more options u have.

All knowing I dont have to grind my heart out to get that back. Its like being rich in real life. It gives you options and choices on how you want to live. Today I will do a lil grinding for fun and a Lil money but I am free to explore every aspect of the game I chose in comfort. Oh and im still buying NEW things. $$ dont buy happiness but it frees up the space for it to happen. 🤣

The best way to get the night club popularity is actually to go in to passive mode and then when you enter there will be a troublemakear to kick out everytime instead of a VIP. So you just kick them out then go out of the night club then enter back in again and kick them out. Do this over and over till the popularity bar is full.

I only do the Cayo heist , sell the acid and run ceo missions but other than that, I normally run the heist 3 times a day and make about 5.6 million give or take a day ,since you give out the sauce for the heist it made me get back to getting money in the game and I’m up too 35 million just off the heist alone

If you have a Nightclub, Enable Passive Mode under your Interaction Menu, then exit and enter the Nightclub from either the garage or main door. Each time you approach the bar / dance floor you'll get one of the messages about a patron that needs to be dealt with and after you throw them out you'll get $10K and be near the front / main exit, so you can repeat the process over and over. It is probably the fastest money in the game outside Cayo and the Acid Lab or Nightclub Warehouse sell missions, though it will eventually get patched, maybe. This is also the best way to raise your Nightclub popularity, if that isn't maxed. I don't do it anymore, but it was super useful for the first bucks to afford the Kosatka and Sparrow and it is what I still use whenever my Nightclub popularity falls off because those VIP missions take way too long. Never do anything to raise your Nightclub popularity besides Enable Passive Mode and exit / entry / deal with Patron, EVER! Disable Passive Mode when you are ready to move onto another activity. The Nightclub takes a long time to fill up to around $1 million of stock, which is when one or two of your sources will max out, assuming you upgraded (renovated) to 5 levels of Warehouse. South American Imports (10/10), Cash Creation (40/40), or Pharmaceutical Research (20/20) will max out first. I wouldn't bother with the Special Orders, just sell your stock when one of the above is maxed. For the Acid Lab, you need to do 10 Fooligan jobs that you get from Dax, then get the upgrade and always make sure you speed up the Acid production once a day. If you want to get a faster start, just get GTA+ this month for the bonuses. Never buy Shark Cards!

1300hr player with 600+ Million account value. I do a cayo every time I get on the game, first thing I do. I then call franklin for a payphone hit immediately when I get out of the cutscene for Cayo. The agency is the other best business I'm surprised you don't like it. The 100 security contracts I did between cayo heists and payphone hits being on cooldown. It didn't take more than a few weeks to max out the income of the agency. Most of my money was made when cayo didn't have such a severe cooldown. I would do cayo on repeat. And just buy and customize cars in between runs. Every single garage was full until the 50 car garage came out now I'm collecting all these old cars I never used

I start a session grabbing the safe money, calling mutt to make sure acid production is going, and going passive in nightclub so I only get ejection missions, exit/re-enter n do a few til max popularity. Then I run cayo, takes a little under an hour from setup to payout. Then, if my nightclub is at a million or more I'll sell that, otherwise I'll sell my bunker, do payphone hits, maybe a security contract or two, sell some auto shop cars and the acid lab and usually after an hour of those activities I've made close to another million or sometimes more depending on money events/high demand bonuses. Then I dick around doing missions or races or whatever til I'm bored, make sure nightclub is max pop and sit at the security cameras there to not get kicked while I idle for warehouse/wall safe over night/while at work. So in like 2, 2 and a half hours of active playing you're looking at 3-4 million pretty easily. I also started this account at level 1 about 2 months ago and have around 44 million right now on top of all the businesses [minus document forgery cuz wtf] and at this point making money is really simple, and there's honestly a load of choices. I'd say buy order would be kosatka>sparrow>nightclub>ceo>bunker>mc businesses for the nightclub only>agency. Then anything else is a choice, really, but all those things combined is more than enough to start raking in big bucks. The submarine alone is just ridiculously good that if you only wanted to grind that you'd still make plenty of money, but using that money to invest in all the other things so your time to money ratio gets better and better the more you play is the way to do it. Also the criminal enterprise starter pack can be a great way to get a headstart and have the funds to get right into cayo from the get go.

I have never seen a video of this, but it would make a good video for people who do not have the time to just grind how hours a day. The more product you have in the mc businesses the slower the nightclub gets them. So for me I afk all day while I’m at work, and I make 1m (or 900k for laundering cut) when I get home. Everyday my nightclub makes 1m and when I had all my buisness maxed for when I had time my nightclub would make maybe 200k, idk if your gonna read this or not, but it makes the average gta afk player a lot of money!

Out of curiosity why does everyone love doing the bunker as a solo player? Personally i hate the bunker and mc business's as theres way to many multi vehicle drops especially with the bunker when its full, once i got the night club i put the bunker on research and never fill my mc business i just grind cargo crates, cayo perico, the nightclub stock and acid lab or do agency missions to get the wall safe to increase

Walk passive in to your nightclub and you get the “throw out customer “ every time and it fills your populairity. And 10K every time till it’s full Edit : after vid Why does the acid lab takes time? You can ask it to spawn near you and buy supplies over the phone. Ez money and only the selling is like 5 minutes work. Less then go to every warehouse and ask the guy to get crates? And the agency is worth it to. Payphone hits are perfect in between for a fast 85K en with double money 2 weeks ago it was farming money with the Kuruma on the normal jobs. I also love the autoshop. Delivering vehicles 50K, fun missions and best of all for me with my new character is that it unlocks all mods and colors for my cars I would not started again without that option. Couldn’t play Perico over and over but that is just me
