Hi Siva ,I need your advise , I am spooling one CSV file from Oracle sqlplus , and data contains Chinese, English , japanese , now I want to spool CSV file with utf8 format , I created one bootstrap html report using plsql and spooling it from Unix terminal , and in Unix I am using export nslang=utf8 format Then html page is showing all languages such as English and non English ,but CSV not showing other country languages. CSV coming in utf 8 format from Unix after export nlslang , but in excel under data tab we will have to import these CSV and then we will have to manually change utf 8 format . Then it will show the other languages. Please advise
