I have seen people do “honeycomb” designs with bubble wrap. You could try that with the dark color and put the lighter color gel on the edges! Turned out cute either way!

I personally feel like it would've been easier if she'd done it with the nails off instead of on so she could use both hands and get a better view. But it was executed very well considering she did it all by hand and with only one hand.

The bubble wrap bubbles are round though, I know what you mean but I'm not really a fan of that technique. She did a great job by hand!

Mother of Dani here: OMG! I was traveling the last couple of days and saw the subscribers draw my nails posted but waited to watch it until I was at home with my daughter Dani. When you use polygel to adhere the full cover tips - especially really long ones - try applying more than you did and smoothing it out further up the nail. Makes less of that noticeable “step” under the nail where you applied them and strengthens them a lot.
