Tim, thanks for taking the time to make these videos each month! It's really neat to hear about each of the offerings before they arrive at my doorstep. Is there any correlation between the order of the coffees you talk about in these videos and the coffees subscribers can expect to receive? For instance, I'm a 2-bag subscriber, so I'm wondering which offerings I can expect to receive.

Tim and team, thank you for these tasting videos. It's my first month subscribing as well, just tried the Echemo for the first time this morning in a pour over with the chemex. Brilliant! Looking forward to trying the El Vikingo as im a 2 bag subscriber. And glad to hear you have some interesting coffees planned for the next few months. Picked up a bag of the Echemo based on a recent Lance Hedrick unfiltered video stream. I’m really enjoying the floral qualities. My experience matches the tasting notes in this video 👍

Hey Tim! I was able to snag a bag of the Sudan Rume in store as I have been really wanting to try this variety for a long while. I did knowingly grab the espresso roast as it was all that was on offer however. Any tips for brewing this on filter anyway? Or should I find a friend with an espresso machine instead

They are more like perfect temp for me. Between 40 - 60C

Really nice coffees this month, as always, and I enjoyed the video, but I must admit to be being very disappointed not to receive the Sudan Rumé :/ Pretty bummed about it actually. I think the difference in reaction to tasting both that and the Harar was somewhat telling. Luck of the draw, I guess. Is there any other way to purchase the Sudan Rumé?

Thanks for the kind words and sorry about the Sudan Rume. There was a limited quantity as Diego is not harvesting a lot of it yet, so we simply did not have enough for everyone.
