A couple of things. 1 - I finally understood why your channel name is Subscription Sisters after your explanation about your sister's work behind the scenes. 2. When you were describing the Juliette Has a Gun scent, it made me think that that product is the pH changing lip gloss/blush of the perfume world 😂

Yessss! She used to film with me and we unboxed together for the first few months of the channel. But then she went on to further her career and so I just took it all over. But then she started helping more and more and now she working full time over here but off camera. She seems to like it more this way and frankly I can't do it without her at this point!

I had every intention to buy this calendar this year, but was super disappointed about the price increase and the contents. So, for the second year in a row, I'm using the packaging from the 2022 Anthropologie advent calendar and building my own! I spent around $125 but it's only products that I love and know I'm gonna use, and many are full size.

The NudeStix calendars are usually around $100 and come with some full sizes and the other sizes are at least pretty decent

I would still get this calender to try out some new to me products. I am.not that concerned about the sizes; Not all calenders will have the full sizes in them. And some of the products that I decide not to keep I will give away to my Aunt so works out for me!

I do love the looks of those little Perfume bottles they are adorable I love anything miniature or Minis ❤ They make so much money off of Advent calendars this comes out to about $4 per box I've seen other ones come out to about 12 or $14 per box for sample sizes and that is just crazy I still would like to have an advent calendar one of these years just for myself would be nice 💙💛❤💚💜

This reminds me of the Macy's advent calendar from last year. Same price and same size products, except that Macy's did have a full size Origins product. You didn't recommend that one either. But, i did manage to snag it at 50% off and totally woth it at $50. This box would be the same if it was half price. Again, thanks for doing the videos.💙

I wonder if some of the lip products are full size. I would have liked to have at least one or two items that are clearly full-size. It compares to the $99 Sephora Favorites and I loved that calendar.

Try look fantastic, glossy box and asos calendars for more affordable calendars with full sizes, or Holland and Barrett if you have that in the US 😊

I have the solinotes cherry blossom and it smells so good. Btw you can blend certain fragrances of theirs for more unique notes and it should tell you on their site which ones are best to combine with.

Are you opening any of the K-Beauty advent calendars? Both the Stylevana and YesStyle looked pretty good. They are a little pricey (around $200), but I think they have all or most full size products

First of all is that your natural hair? It's gorgeous 😍 I got a perm once & that's what I wanted it to look like after spending $75 & sadly it did not 😂. I didn't think this was terrible. I think they really tried to be budget friendly. The great brands are there but I get what you are saying no full size anything is a little disappointing because you know these 'samples' aren't that expensive. I honestly think what drives the cost up is the packaging, marketing: the customer is getting charged for all of that. Did you see the Best of Beauty Box 2024 Holiday Edition flyer in the Oct Allure box? I'm like 'damn you Allure I just paid my credit card for the last limited edition beauty box & you hit me with temptation again' 😂 it's so much bang for your buck, but I have so much stuff I need to use up. 🤓💄

Great brands, but really small sample sizes. I guess the only thing I like about it is the number of fragrances. Those are decent sizes. Not worth the money sadly.

It's not great, but not horrible either. It breaks down to be about $4 for each item, and they had pretty high-end samples. The box was definitely not worth more than what it was.

No not bad because I am kind of doing that myself. haha I still think the calendar is gorgeous and giftable. So I emptied it and I am going to add my own things to it and gift it. And I do think the perfumes are worth more than $4 a piece so its not a total loss at least.

Great vid, really enjoyed the way you present products. Maybe a bit more detailed descriptions of perfumes like how intense are notes etc. would be perfect! Also I think some quiet music on the background would make everything more "colorful" Great job anyways, you look stunning!

I should have posted one of the photos that they show online. But I forgot to put it in the video! But that picture shows the right items but they look much larger than what they really are. To break even I think I needed $4 a door and I may have gotten that with some of the items. But I don't think I did with all of them. I wish they would have been deluxe travel sizes even.
