how to subset polygon drawn in arcgis and then import it on satellite image already present in eardas imagine and extracting that polygon part from satellite imagery using subsetting ??? please reply soon tomorrow is my exam

Dear Sir, Why does the Aoi file not coincide with the Shp file when the Shp file is a trapezoid? Thanks
