Please give Osifo a break. He does not have the power to unilaterally take decisions. Any decision taken is usually after discussions and voting by the state chapters. Osifo now takes the position of the general house and puts forward the union's position. Besides traditionally, TUC has always tried not to be a lackey of the NLC and has tried to maintain some sort of autonomy.
