I did relax during the first half or so of this video, so thank you. from someone who has been in recovery from disordered eating behaviours (purging, restricting and stimulants) I realise that within my year of recovery, the last few months have I been active in my recovery but within the last 2 or so weeks have I been diving into Daoism and some of the philosophical beliefs. I will say this morning was the upmost peaceful morning I have ever had. I can't quite explain it in words but rather I felt it and I will definitely treasure it.

I'm sorry but this just isn't saying anything at all. Each sentence turns into an inaudible mumble. And not speaking with much authority. That's just my take. But I hope it's beneficial to someone.
