Thank you very much Professor! It is invaluable information for a radiology resident who maybe didn't have such an awesome teacher. It is very rare to find important notions presented in such a clear and witty matter, and even rarer for somebody to share them with many others, without even having a financial gain. All my respect and admiration.

Sorry! What does it mean such more subtle in radiogy terms? Thanks! Copy of my radiology report where I don't understand subtle in: The loss of height/compression fracture of T12 is visible on the radiograph from December 2021 and is reported as such. The loss of height of T11 seen on this subsequent CT is much more subtle and was not reported, probably present on the radiograph. Also noted on the radiograph from December 2021 is mild loss of height of L1.
