Pls guide me. I have a question. I have many employees. They are sending their daily attendance from different cities and villages. As I receive their attendance notification, I enter their attendance against their name and so on. At the end of the month a final sheet of attendance and after that a salary sheet is prepared. My question is: as and when I enter attendance notification, the word P (Present), and similarly the word R ( Resigned) or T (Terminated) should appeared on 2nd sheet automatically. Is it possible?
