Sir in 1st question.. Ur final answer is 01101 after 2's complement of 10011 . But msb of final answer is 0 .. 0 means positve?? Then how is it correct? Because -13 will be the real answer so 1st bit should start with 1

In the first question you did the 2nd complement of the result, but here why u don't take the 2nd complement of result?

If carry is not generated then we should take 2 complement.. it indicates number is negative. If carry generated means result is positive
