It's his producer tag. It's him saying "Hello my name is HOL!" The HOL! is short for black hole in reference to his distorted and stretched out style. The reason it sounds like uh oh is because it's just the HOL! part pitch/formant shifted.

This is not good. It takes everything away from what made the original hard hitting, interesting, and unique. This is bland, and unoriginal. I enjoy riddim and “main stream dubstep” but this is why people like virtual riot, joyryde, and eliminate are levels ahead.
