Hi, I have the same issue and ordered a Control board and with your video replaced the board. The tip on sliding the whole unit was gold 🎉 Tomorrow I will connect the unit. So far so good! Thanks for the video and will give update after connecting the unit

I am glad to be of help. I purchased my RV in the middle of January 2023, and got to experience intermittent furnace operation on night #1 at 17F. Dealer and then Tiffin thought that was an airflow problem (because Tiffin had not installed an air return). But they were wrong and it was my control board, and perhaps also the loose ground. Good luck with yours, and I'm eager to hear about your results.

Many thanks for making this video. I'm having an intermittent problem with my NT-20SEQ and was scratching my head in figuring out how to remove the furnace from its housing. Your video was just want I needed.

Like I said in my other comments, it was so hard to remove the furnace from the metal housing it was hard to believe that it was only secured using a single screw. Best of luck.

What was the part number on the circuit board? I'm having trouble finding a replacement

I looked at my emails from my eBay purchase and I somehow determined the following part number “Suburban 233645 CCA-1203 RV Furnace Control Board W/ Relay SF-35VHQ SF-30VHQ”. I hope that that helps.

Came here just to figure out how to get the metal cabinet off this unit :) slide it out of the house!

The metal cabinet on my unit must have been pressed in because it was extremely difficult to remove the furnace from it . There is only one screw that holds the furnace inside of its metal cabinet but it took lots of patience, strength and precision tapping to remove it. Best of luck.

@@rvtechman3619 Yup, thanks for the video! Was able to get removed, diagnosed and ended up replacing board. Bad time delay relay. Everything else Ohms out fine.

That is exactly why I looked for this video too, to figure out how to get the furnace out of the housing.
