Don, thank you for your input on "how to". nowadays we are short on tool and die makers, you are doing an excellent job in passing the information to the younger tool makers to carry on with good practices. john old tool maker.

I have some Suburban tools from my dads shop. I always included them on my resume, I think it helped me get jobs. Unfortunately Iv'e had three shops go out of business on me, and now I'm 59 and no one wants to hire me. Your a great teacher, and I bet a great boss.

Not sure if u have one but can u make a video on grinding angles or bevels (I.D) specifically dressing the wheel to the correct angle

Don, thanks for sharing with us. Looking forward for the next video! :) A question, please. I noticed the chuck on the machine is a 3-jaw. Aren't collets more accurate? Would you recommend holding your part using collets? Thanks.

+aryesegal1988 You are correct however, collets are limited in size.The chuck will accept much larger parts. In one of our upcoming videos we will show you how you can improve the accuracy to a few tenths.

You may want to try using a diamond wheel.

I gotta grind some parts with .0006mm roundness .0007 straightness and +/-.0015mm in diameter on Monday lol wish me luck
