Air fryers are the best invention since bread 😄 you don't need to add any oil's to your food, its an amazing cooking device. I enjoy making homemade marinades to diced chicken breast and cooking it on 180 for 12 minutes with lots of vegetables. You can cook loads in it. I did the keto diet and lost 122 pounds using my air fryer and doing keto diet

I know that you will always have that basic motherly instinct and it's hard to get over, especially when you have a child with autism. But when you said "Craig went to go look at the bowls and didn't tell me.... I got a little panicky" I thought to myself " well he's a 30 year old man."
