I had the Cali Fresh Turkey sandwich on artisan multigrain bread, I asked for fresh mozzarella cheese, avocado, and I had them put lettuce, onions, and tomatoes on it along with mayonnaise and mustard, I had it toasted-and I thought it was delicious! I know you would enjoy it if it was properly made. Find a Subway restaurant that isn’t obviously a front company for manufacturing crystal meth and you’ll be set!

I work at Subway in Hennepin County Minnesota. I always try to encourage my customers to step outside of their comfort zones and try new things. I really don't think there should be a basic formula for anything, just a sandwich personality type and a crap-ton of quality ingredients. But maybe I'm wavering in-between sandwich artist, and sandwich curator with fighting words like that.
