In this episode of the Subway x Kurupt FM Radio Takeover, the Kurupt FM boys discuss their upcoming film People Just Do Nothing: Big In Japan which follows Grindah, Beats, Chabuddy G, Steves and Decoy as they begin their journey to international stardom, after hearing the news that one of their songs has been used on a popular Japanese game show.

From 17th May 2021 Kurupt FM, the fictional UK garage pirate radio station which is the focus of BBC television series People Just Do Nothing is taking over Subway Radio and broadcasting into in 2,200 stores across the UK and Ireland for one week.
People Just Do Nothing is a BAFTA award winning British television series. Filmed as a mockumentary, it follows the lives of MC Grindah, DJ Beats and Steves, who run the “Kurupt FM” pirate radio station, and their manager Chabuddy G.
Created and performed by  Allan ‘Seapa’ Mustafa (Grindah),  Hugo Chegwin (Beats), Steve Stamp (Steves) and Asim Chaudhry  (Chabuddy G), the series which originally aired on BBC Three in 2014 and ran for 5 series, is set to continue with the launch of a feature film People Just Do Nothing: Big In Japan in 2021.
