Another reason dragon soul is broken on Nocture bc Quickstriker's attack speed scale with enemy missing health, so the initial 20% damage can get enemies low so that's like a 40% attack speed buff on top if it.

Rebel stun against viktor and huge possibility of him dying to jinx/zoe as well it kinda sucks playing viktor vs rebels I see him die before he gets to casts or fight is over

He put in Viktor for the PvE round so he can delay and assure that he could kill the crab

think it was pretty obvious he was going for more casts for mel and buying some time to level to 10 and cap with viktor there, potentially saving him a placement in the case someone's board outcaps him. wouldn't have hurt him unless he could have won the game there and then with viktor instead of mel, 2 others were alive, getting a free round with extra life even if he loses thrice in a row in some weird scenario

Mel casting 12 times with no mana gen item in a comp that ends fights that fast is pretty hopeful. Would need the better part of a stage to charge the shield, if viktor made the board stronger and won a single round it was def worth it as far as making it to lvl 10

I've played this comp a bunch, although I run Irelia and Loris instead of Steb + Sett for 4 Sentinel. In my experience, you want to reroll TF, Akali and Loris. I only ru Nocturne if you get an Artifact for him. If you get items for a 4th unit to itemize, itemize either Ambessa or Illaoi but preferably Ambessa. Loris3 with tank items helps the comp alot because I think it really wants frontline. Otherwise Quickstrikers just randomly die when something looks at them. Allows you to winout with good combat augments. Meanwhile the Nocturne reroll variant just gets destroyed in the lategame in my experience.

@@aximus11 Depends but usually 7. Depends on how many Akalis you have. She's an extremely underrated unit so you really want to 3 star her. If you get BiS(x2 HoJ, JG) on her she outcarries TF3 in terms of damage. Also like her far more than non-ranged Nocturne because she's way more elusive and hard to kill. Non-ranged Nocturne literally walks in and gets oneshot. In general though I think you need to roll down like 10-20 gold on 6 to 2-star most of your board and get a bunch of Akalis. Then econ back up, go 7 and start slowrolling for the Enforcers. If I have natural'd an Akali2 I usually just go straight to 7. In general I'd say 3 or more Akalis at 6, go straight to 7. You really don't want to be stuck on 6 because the comp needs Ambessa asap to stabilize with 4 quickstrikers.

2nd to last fight he checked to see how many more casts he needed on Mel for the save. If he had to stay 9 I suspect he was just trying to get enough casts so that she would proc, and then play Viktor until he needed the save

You should check how Golemify won really hard at the EMEA TC, Double61 play TF reroll whenever he gets golemify and it's so strong, and the final game from L3s Coco was amazing in term of gameplan

I got first in a crazy game with that augment. Played a full 2-cost board and was just getting so many rerolls I 3*'d 6 or 7 units.

Too much value I see as a crazy augment. It is like 4 gold per round. Raining gold gives 1g per round. I ALWAYS PICK it. I go then trist/renata and it doesn't even matter if I am contested. If I am really contested I can just fit 6 2 costs(trist+urgor+leona+rell and then any 2, 2 costs so you get 3 rolls). It is CRAZY. Even if I lose streak a little to hit it is insane.
