I love that he goes where no other pastor or teacher will go..we NEED to know our enemy to overcome and defeat them. I have been wanting to know about demonic warfare/ spiritual warfare for years because if my history growing up in a ' haunted house's in SC. I was not the only one having these experiences and many people in this neighborhood went nuts! Burning their homes down and murdering their spouses and children. Supposedly it was built on an old civil war battle ground and many scary things happened to me that messed me up and I have never known HOW to change.... HOW to get rid of my demons..... This is so good. I truly believed this was spoken for me. Ever since I became a believer at 18 now 30, strange things were occurring. I began to feel a spirit of fear with me wherever I went and slept, everytime I tried reading the bible, prayed or had people pray over me, I felt afraid like something was telling me if I kept doing these things something bad was going to happen. I experienced sleep paralysis multiple times and even had a demon scream at me. It was such a terrifying experience that I almost gave up. I lost so much sleep, was a full time college student, worked part time and baby sat when I was home at the time. I was mentally, spiritually and physically drained. No one in the church could help me. Fast forward, I found a church that helped me. Recently I went through deliverance which almost didn't happen because the enemy almost stopped it. I realized each time a break through comes, the fear becomes stronger. I first thought maybe I was demon possessed or something was really wrong with me. But now I realized I am in a battle with Satan. I have a purpose and I am a threat to him. Praise God for this sermon. I needed to hear this, I wished I had seen this sooner. A couple of months ago I was at my lowest, being plagued by depression, despair, living a life of secrets and lies and I was feeling the weight of them. Shadows everywhere. I even prayed to God to take me away in my sleep, but God had different plans for me. Pulled down into the pit by the weight of my own sins I kneeled down to Jesus and accepted Jesus in my heart and surrendered myself to him, and I felt for the first time the holy spirit driving all the shadows away and cleansing my heart. Filled my heart with peace and all the tears that I cried just stopped coming out. It's only been a few months but I've managed to convince most people around me to start reading the Bible and to believe in Jesus.
