It's just very unlikely it's intentional, I've bought from the website numerous times and got my packages on time. I know plenty of people who do as well. It's definitely an anomaly that out of all the people he could scam he'd scam you unless there's personal beef we don't know about. My point is that I would communicate more and find answers as it doesn't add up as to why you'd be scammed and everyone else including myself wouldn't. Very sorry to hear your issue.
