Sometimes I just don't want to use social media, but when I stop using it, I feel a certain restlessness, I guess by using sm this much, im constantly in pursuit of something on social media, maybe a comedy video, maybe some information, but this pursuit makes me feel tired I feel my head getting heavier and my entire day feels dull

You can overcome it. It's not that hard. You just think it's hard. Just manage your time wisely. Add physical activities to your daily routine more. If you are a student give more time to your studies. Focus on your self and stop thinking about what others are doing

Indian influencers, songs and movies thats includes gaaliyan, guns, drugs kyuki unhe pata hai ki youth kya mangta hai (Adhe se zayda youth inn sab cheezon se influenced hai) ..... Sahi cheez toh utno tak pahunchegi jitne log uske lyi search karenge aur dekhenge but ek gaali-galoch, maar-peet, misguide karne wali cheezien aur mazak wali cheezien zayda viral hoti hai ek dekh ke aage fir dusre ko send karega.
